  • the 4 Distances Model of Communication
  • Trevisani’s Map of Verbal, Paraverbal and Nonverbal Communication
  • the role and weight of verbal communication (communication style), Paraverbal communication and tones, and nonverbal communication, with specific communication games for learning new approaches to improve communication
  • the 6 thinking hats in intercultural communication
  • Emotions in Communication and Emotions Detection
  • the role of listening and questions, with an emphasis on Trevisani’s Scale of Listening Levels
  • Shannon & Weaver Communication Model and our effort for reducing “noise” and disturbances in communication within the team
  • the 5 cultural dimensions (Hofstede) and practical applications with role-playing and meeting management
