- Holistic Competitiveness Analysis: the search of the "ultimate
competitiveness".
The training accompanies the client in a deep analysis of the 33
principles of "ultimate competitiveness" developed by Daniele
Trevisani and published in the volume ALM1 (Corporate, Personal &
Organizational Competitiveness) - a view of competitiveness oriented
to Self Development, Organizational Coherence & Mission Achievement,
opposed to a "Competing Against Others Approach". After the analysis step,
we perform a joint analysis of personal and/or corporate priorities (which
principles are more important here and now), a gap measurement
(where to focus and why), and the startup phase of an action plan. The
goal is extremely concrete, with the aim of identifying priorities for
self development and corporate development.
