Special program on leadership for new Leaders and Talents
The approach is based on personal coaching sessions that work well for new
Leaders and growing Talents, in order to get fully empowered and more conscious
about their new roles and responsibilities.
- The program’s structure is based on an initial full-day training session
followed by 10 meetings in face-to-face sessions of ½ day with Dr. Daniele
Trevisani or one of Studio Trevisani Senior Coach (by our statute, Senior
Coach is defined as Coach with more than 30 years of work experience including
both working in companies and in personal and team coaching).
- The 10 sessions program is made in order to provide effective application
to the initial “injections” of skills and awareness, enabling to bring back to
the coach the field experience occurred in the company where people
work, generating a step-by-step assistance during a period of 6 months.
- The program runs on a 2 meetings per month basis, and the coaching days
can be chosen and negotiated between the Coach and the Client in a flexible
way but keeping fixed and respecting the 2 meetings per month frequency
As Daniele Trevisani puts it: "I have found this approach more effective than
putting people in a class for 2 or 3 days and then letting them alone in the
“real world” without opportunities to find help on the real-life challenges and
real problems of their new role".
We have applied and refined this approach also in the specific fields of
Industrial Companies, Banks and Services companies, in Military Leadership
Coaching and Sports Coaching, working as training partners for Siemens
Healthcare (formerly Dade Behring), Coop, LRA (Learning Resources Associates),
Frost & Sullivan, and several other International Training Companies and
Industrial Companies.
We offer a free initial analysis of the motivational background of the
Client, in a colloquium conducted in face-to-face or at the telephone in order
to find out if the program can be downsized to a shorter version of 1 full-day
meeting + 5 ½ coaching sessions. The downsizing option depends on the
motivational background and skills background of the Client and his motivation
to fully engage in readings and personal study of our training materials between
sessions.
The same approach is offered also for small-groups coaching sessions
conducted in-house at the Company locations, in English, and for International
Coaching sessions for groups composed of New Talents and New Leaders that wish
to get fully empowered and recognized as effective leaders.
